Name: Bricco dei Tati
Variety: Rose
Origin: Italy
Price: $7.95
VC Review: "Fresh with aromas of strawberries, cherries and
rose petals. This is ideal with shellfish, salads, chicken, and with appetizers."
My Review: This wine smelled like a mixture of hard candy and wet dirt. Right from the initial sip, I could make out raspberry, strawberry and unripe cherries. The finish wasn't long lasting, but it was smooth. This is a wine you could drink on your own and not notice yourself getting drunker. I feel like it'd go well with chicken and/or alfredo pasta dishes.
